New Projects

In April 2010 we started our first private development for ourselves on the Glassdrumman Road, Annalong, Co Down. The development consists of 93 new homes comprising of 3, 4 and 5 bed Detached and semi-detached houses with various house types and styles. We have named this new development Saw Hill Park . We are currently working on the first phase of 8 houses (4 blocks of semis) we aim to have these finished and released for approx March 2011.

2010 also seen William Rogers Construction complete several projects to include a new detached home at Lark Field Park, Belfast. An extension to St Mary’s Primary School Glassdrumman. A renovation to the Parochial house and to form a new Parochial office at St Mary’s Church Glassdrumman. An extension to a house in Mullartown Park Annalong and an extension and renovation to a house in Pomon Avenue Belfast.
